We are looking for talented designers and artists to showcase our unique alcohol pens. This new innovation in markers is a patented system that allow you to get seamless blends from just one pen, you can find out about the product by watching our videos here.

Whether you are a card maker, scrapbooker, mixed media artist, home decor artist or upcycler we are looking for diverse people to join our happy team. Entries are welcome from all corners of the world, our only requirement is that you can submit your projects and written instructions and videos in English.

In return for being on the design team you will get a Deluxe set of pens and partake in cross company promotions, such as blog hops. Design team members will be given credit for work on the company blog, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and in our newsletters. We will also share a link back to your own blog and an artist biography, you will also have the opportunity of having your work shown at consumer and trade shows and on TV in the UK and USA.

In return for this we ask that you be a member of the Design Team for 1 year  commencing 7th December 2014 and during this time we would like you to submit on average 2-3 projects per month. As we will be getting the pens to you in December we will have a light schedule that month to prepare projects ready for CHA and allow you to enjoy your family Christmas.  The projects submitted should include an unwatermarked photo and written instructions (at least one video post a month will be required by one of the design team members to go on the blog). We ask that you only use Chameleon pens in projects for our blog (but you are welcome to use other alcohol pen systems in conjunction with Chameleon pens on projects you make for your own blog or other design teams). Chameleon will have the right to use all artwork and projects across all advertising, mixed media and TV mediums.

So how do you apply?

There is only one submission round and so we would like you to submit 3 finished new projects (if possible please make at least one project that is not a card – this is not however a compulsory requirement). One project to include written instructions (they can be simple step by step). If you wish to include a video tutorial too that would be a bonus. We ask that all your projects use alcohol pens (any brand acceptable). Please do not share these projects elsewhere until the design team call ends and we have announced the team.

Photos of your projects should be taken against a neutral background with no dressing of the design.  Images should be at least of File size: At least 1000 pixels in either direction; width or height, Resolution: At least 72 dpi, Color Mode: RGB. Please do not include a watermark as we wish to use a blind judging process.

Please provide details of your name, address and phone number.

List all links to your blogs, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo and tell us about existing and past design teams and publications you have had.

The deadline for submissions is 21st November 2014, our chosen design team will be contacted and invited to join the team which will be announced on the 28th November 2014.

Send your entries to (he will then send your images to the panel in a blind judging process – to ensure that everyone has a fair chance).

Kathy first time I saw these today I thought of you right away because I remember you sharing some of your cards on Penny Black site and I thought that these were the markers that you had used. So happy to see a familiar face and thanks for responding to my question greatly appreciated. I will be submitting to this call asap. Thanks again.
