Monica wanted to create a watercolour effect for this card using Chameleon Pens.

Materials used: Art Impressions Antique Window Stamp, Chameleon Color Tone Pens, Spring Green, Crimson Red, Hot Cocoa and Sky Blue, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Perfect Layers Mini and Perfect Cutting Mat, Patterned Paper, White and Red Card and Buttons.

1) Stamp image onto white card and trim using Perfect Layers ruler, you can line up the catch lip of the ruler to the frame around the image.

I like the coloring on this card. I have some of these pens and have only used a couple of times. I am going to start working with them more.
