National Coloring Book Day

Hi everyone, did you know today was National Coloring Book Day in America? Traditionally coloring has been popular with children, but adults have discovered that coloring is a great way to reduce stress! The Huffington post stated that “The practice generates wellness, quietness and also stimulates the brain area related to motor skills, the senses and creativity.” So who wouldn’t like to improve their skills and creativity so break out those  pens and get coloring!

Ilina is a busy Mum but has found time to relax and create this beautiful colored page using Chameleon pens.

Can you believe that all those beautiful shades were created from our Deluxe set of 20 pens? But if you prefer something more structured there are coloring books with many different design styles, so you could say there is something for everyone! Ilina created her design from one of the free downloads from Dover available at

Cathy has colored this image from The Angel and Fairy coloring book by  Search Press.

This design was created using only 10 Chameleon Color Tone Pens; Olive Green, Sky Blue, Purple Grape, Bubble Gum, Warm Sunset, Spring Meadow, Royal Blue, Bisque, Bark and Seville Orange.

Now for your turn, share your coloring book page on our Facebook page to be in the draw to win! We are having an Grown-Up Coloring Contest!! – Submit your Masterpiece To Win Prizes! Just hop on over here to find out more about it!

I don’t have any Chameleon pens, but would love to win some. I color with pencils and can’t get the same results as in the pictures.
