Autumn Leaves

As Autumn takes it hold, the leaves on the trees start to fall and provide the perfect inspiration for fall cards. Ilina has used Autumnal leaves as one of her focal points on this card.

2.Color leaves use Summer Sun and Seville Orange pens. Infuse each pen for about 10-12 seconds and color each half of the leaf starting from the middle going towards the end. Color one side with the Summer Sun and the other one with the Seville Orange. Infuse the Olive green pen for about 15-17 seconds and color each half of the leaf (over the orange and yellow), starting from the top going down. Do the same for each half of the leaf.

3. Score the leaves along the middle and fold them little upward so they get dimension.

4. Take one of the expressions natural elements and draw lines with the detailed Chameleon pen, then using a nail file of sand block sand the top.

5. Then apply the clear Pico Embellisher to get little shine and dimension.

6. Cut 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel from white card stock. Adhere the linen thread is a circle to create a wreath, then adhere the leaves and the sentiment.
7. Mount the whole panel onto Ripe Avocado card base. Adhere sequins using the clear Pico Embellisher.

We love Ilina’s card and if you are anything like us you would rather be making leaf cards than sweeping them up from the yard!

I just loved you showcased Stampin up! I’m also a demonstrator and can’t wait to get a hold of these pens to add to my Stampin mediums. Cheers!! Just a beautiful card!
