Our Final Friend Friday With Altlenew

0824_collaborationWe have had a lot of fun with Friend Fridays this month playing with our Friends at Altenew.

Both teams have given some amazing inspiration using Altenew Stamps and Dies along with Chameleon Pens.

Today Cathy is sharing designs using the Beautiful Day Stamp and Die Set, to create these two cards.

By Cathy

Cathy chose to do a no line style design for this card by using ink colors similar to the  three pens used. You can re-create Cathy’s Floral Cascade Card here.

For her second card Cathy has used a more traditional black outline for her stamped image and created a corner feature with the design.

Did you notice that the pearls match the card perfectly?  They too were colored using the Lavender Chameleon Pen.  If you would like to recreate this Floral Hugs Card here.

Beautiful cards and these pens look amazing!! I asked for them for Christmas last year or maybe it was the year before but my husband couldn’t seem to get them anywhere. Guess I need to put them back on the list!!

I just bought a set and just practiced a bit and it’s so nice to have varying colors with just one marker. I hope to work on a card or two this weekend in hopes that they will look as nice as the ones that are shown here.
